last night at work. this woman came to the stand and spent $42. she was the nicest customer i've ever had. she kept saying, "thank you. thank you so much. thanks a lot. thank you."
and i didn't even mind that she called me "hon." because her gratitude was overwhelming.
and it was good to see the goodness in people again.
