this woman came into work again last night. immediately i recognized her and felt i had to say something so she would know that her graciousness has not gone unnoticed. she introduced herself as lori, shook my hand, and started asking about me, where i go to school and everything. she said we'd keep in touch. and at the end of our conversation she thanked me four times for letting her know how i felt. she said i'd made her day.
